June 12-18 is National Mens Health Week
We take health very seriously at The Dad Shift. Not serious enough to run in 75+ degree weather, but we do regular sets of beer curls using light beer. If that’s not the true picture of health, you need a better camera. However, we do agree that we should all Celebrate National Mens Health Week by stepping up our game with some help from the experts. A few simple changes could make a significant difference in your health. After all, don’t you want to be around to see your millennial son move out some day? Ok, no one will live that long, but you get the point.
Anyway, a bunch of organizations are sharing some nice infographics, and facts about mens health, and we thought we share a few that stuck out to us. Enjoy!
