OddityCentralAnthony Howard-Crow, a 32-year-old stunt dieter and YouTuber from Loveland, Colorado, recently underwent an unusual diet in order to prove that you can eat pretty much anything and still lose weight as long as you keep an eye on your calorie intake. For 100 days straight, he ate only ice cream, drank a small protein shake and some alcohol, and still managed to drop 32 pounds.

One of the hardest parts about making the dad shift is maintaining your workout schedule. Getting into any kind of shape other than round is almost impossible. Good thing the dad bod is now a thing. At first, this ice cream diet sounds like a dream. Especially when you consider that he included alcohol in the diet. After reading through the details, however, it’s pretty clear that this isn’t for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love ice cream, and think an ice cream diet would be great. But, having less energy and motivation to deal with the kids just sound like a horrible idea.

The interesting part is that he not only lost 32 pounds, but all his medical tests showed his health actually improved. What the what? He documented the whole thing on his YouTube channel, and there are a bunch of videos that cover the 100-day diet. I had to share the one below as the DQ Reese’s blizzard is my go-to fatness drink.
